Paula Bitondi, a person full of love, joy, courage, determination, friend, partner, a person with a very big heart. Always brought good vibes to all places she was in, always positive, always leaving a smile in everyone’s faces around her.

In early December ‘20, she was taken by cancer and left a giant empty and a longing for her without end.

Maybe this album is a way to have her around for a few minutes… to listen to her doing one thing she likes a lot and for a long time she couldn't - SING!

She is a part of all Vartroy’s history - singing, composing, giving opinion, being a friend, partner, filming, taking pictures, revisioning and adapting lyrics. Paula was always in the heart of this project and she was the one that gave strength for it to keep alive until now.

- Songs from the album SOME YEARS LATER (2012). Between 2018 and 2019 it has been re-recorded and the album SOME 8 YEARS LATER (2020) has borne. This material has a big sentimental weight, because it was the last voice register with Paula, and was recorded in the middle of her cancer treatment and a new chemotherapy.

Misery · The soldier
- A reunion with the Vartroy’s first members and Paula on the vocals. It was the first Vartroy register in a real studio.

My king
- Crowdfunding that marked the return of Vartroy to life - a new beginning!

Pain
- Some vocals recorded in the middle ‘07 / ‘08 and forgotten in the band’s archive. It was never meant to be released, but a new rhythm was born and here we are.
